So, without further adieu, here’s my e-interview with Diane S from Squamish, British Columbia, Canada
How many years have you been quilting, what or who got your started?
About 10 years. I started quilting because I wanted some hobby when I retired
Were you a sewer first?
YEARS before I sewed my daughters clothes
(Valerie: I’ve always wanted to try a landscape quilt)
What is your favourite technique?
My favorite technique is actually piecing just plain seeing the pieces of fabric coming together with the colours and design and the finished project usually so different than you imagined it was going to be to me every quilt is a mystery quilt although I have a pattern in mind.

Who is your biggest influence famous or other-wise?
Some local ladies around here
Isn’t it always the ladies around us that influence our quilting? I love being able to say so and so taught me this or so and so inspired me…
