I was trying to figure out if this piece was quilted before hand or it had a stabilizer on the back or something. If it’s a stabilizer, could you speak about that – what kind do you use, do you need stabililizer when you use hand embroidery, do you cut away the stabilizer when you’re finished. Just curious to know.
